You find yourself in a new city
no time between each
you settle in get a job you make friends you learn how it works and to love
the new city differently perhaps
equally but differently
when you move from one city
that you love maybe
you travel a bit
in between see
lots of other different cities until
you finally find one that you love again or perhaps you go to one place
for a short time always
meaning to go to
the new city for a while unless
you go to the country
without much
interaction small town folk maybe
the country is an analogy for
being single
But maybe
You go home and it was always there
Following you waiting
No time in between
New and old
